Welcome to the new Oakdale Campground!

Located on the beautiful Miami River in West Central Ohio, Oakdale offers 103 campsites, both primitive and RV.  We are nestled deep in the woods and offer a relaxing getaway for families, couples, or anyone just looking for a good time.  We're very proud of our campground and strive to make your camping experience fun and fulfilling!

 

We want to make camping convenient for the modern camper! Most of our sites have their own fire rings and picnic tables.  RV sites have electric and water hookups, and some of our primitive sites have access to these amenities.  Our shower rooms are handicap-accessible and have flush toilets.  For RV campers, we also have a dump station.

    Here at our campground, there's plenty of entertainment.  The  160-mile long Miami River is known for having some of Ohio's best smallmouth bass fishing, and is also great for waterskiing, tubing, or jet skiing. You can launch your boat into the river on our boat ramp.  We have a playground for the kids, and a volleyball court coming soon.  Also, see our Events page above for the latest happenings that we offer to our campers.

    Your camping adventure doesn't have to stop at our campground! Here in and around historic Logan County, you can listen to the thunder of race cars at Shady Bowl Speedway.  Go spelunking at the Ohio Caverns, or tour the Piatt Castles, dating from 1828! If the Miami doesn't suit your interests, nearby Indian and Kyser Lakes just might!
